1. Flange installation
Flange installation is a common installation method, suitable for installation at the inlet and outlet of hydraulic pumps or hydraulic motors. Its accuracy and convenience make it a major way to install hydraulic motors.
There are usually two types of flange installation: radial and axial. Radial flange means that the flange surface is perpendicular to the axis of the hydraulic equipment, while axial flange means that the flange surface is parallel to the axis of the hydraulic equipment.
Advantages: Flange installation does not require special tools, and it is also convenient for the maintenance and replacement of hydraulic pumps or hydraulic motors.
Disadvantages: Since the flange surface needs to withstand hydraulic pressure during operation, special sealing and anti-rust measures are required.

2. Axial installation
Axial installation is to install the hydraulic motor on the machine shaft and drive the operation of the machine through axial transmission force and rotation. Axially installed hydraulic motors are often used in high-torque, low-speed working occasions, such as large-scale construction machinery and mining equipment.
To achieve axial installation, hydraulic motors usually need to go through multiple processing and assembly to meet the requirements of machine bearings. In this process, it is necessary to cherish the use of dimensional tools to ensure the matching accuracy and sealing of the hydraulic motor and bearings.
Advantages: Axial installation can make the hydraulic motor better adapt to different machine shaft requirements.
Disadvantages: It has certain installation difficulty and professionalism, and requires special talents and equipment.

3. Other installation methods
In addition to flange installation and axial installation, there are other ways to install hydraulic motors, including bracket installation, sprocket installation, disc installation, etc. Each installation method has its own characteristics and applicable conditions, and should be adopted according to actual conditions.
