What causes the hydraulic motor to be weak?

Hydraulic motors are widely used in the power rotation system of drilling rigs and other machinery due to their high working efficiency, safety and reliability, and compact structure. Do you know the reasons for the weakness of hydraulic motors?
First of all, according to the analysis of the causes of the wear of the distribution plate, the main reasons for the weakness of hydraulic motors are as follows: due to the wear of the distribution plate, the inlet and return oil channels are connected at the distribution plate, part of the high-pressure oil leaks, the oil pressure flowing through the stator and rotor pair decreases, and the flow rate decreases, which will eventually cause the output speed and torque of the motor to decrease.
Due to the wear of the distribution plate, its relative position in the valve body has changed, and the spring on the valve body will reduce the preload and fit between the distribution plate and the valve disc, aggravating the leakage of hydraulic oil and causing the performance of the hydraulic motor to decline.
The increase in the temperature of the hydraulic oil causes its comprehensive performance to decline, and its ability to drive the cycloid rotor to rotate further declines. After inspection, there is no obvious wear on the stator and rotor pair and the joint surface of the bearing housing and the valve disc on both sides. The movement is normal without stagnation, and there will be no performance decline.
