Feb 28, 2026| Before a motor is assembled, all key components are produced and controlled through our own manufacturing process.
As a professional manufacturer of orbital hydraulic motors, we always start from material quality.
For us, material control is the first and most important step.
Material selection
With more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, we have continuously improved our material standards.
All raw materials are inspected on arrival before they are released to production.
Machining
We are a hydraulic motor manufacturer, not only an assembly company.
After incoming inspection, materials are sent to the relevant machining workshops, where parts are produced strictly according to engineering drawings.
In-process inspection
After each machining operation, parts are checked by our quality inspectors before moving to the next process.
Metrology and measurement
We operate a dedicated metrology room equipped with high-precision measuring equipment, including a ZEISS coordinate measuring machine, profile measuring instruments and hardness testers.
Critical characteristics such as fitting clearance, surface finish, perpendicularity, profile accuracy and hardness are verified and recorded.
Heat treatment
Parts that require heat treatment are processed at the semi-finished stage.
Only parts that meet the specified technical requirements are released for the next operation.
Assembly
Motor assembly is carried out in a dedicated workshop by trained technicians to ensure stable and consistent assembly quality.
Final testing
After assembly, every motor is tested before shipment.
Two test stations are in operation, and all motors are 100% performance tested.
Painting
Painting is completed in a professional spray booth.
Our painting team is led by senior technicians with over 20 years of experience to ensure consistent surface quality.
Packaging
Packaging and labeling can be customized according to customer requirements, including logos and packing formats.
