Full Production Running Before The New Year
Dec 30, 2025|

Recently, the workshop has been quite busy. Orders planned for delivery before the New Year are being centrally scheduled, resulting in a faster production pace than usual.
At the moment, the factory is running on a two-shift schedule. Both production lines are working at full load. The main task is to complete existing orders according to the delivery plan, rather than pushing for extra output.
Production mainly covers two areas.
One is orbital hydraulic motors. Monthly output is usually around 7,000 units. During this period, most of the capacity is used for orders that need to be shipped before the holiday. Assembly and testing are arranged closely, and finished motors move directly to the next process once inspection is completed.
The other area is the production of gerotor sets and related motor components. These parts are manufactured in-house and supplied both for motor assembly and for separate component orders. Depending on the models and machining requirements, monthly output is normally between 20,000 and 30,000 pieces. This line is also running at full load during the current period.
Even with increased working hours, production standards remain unchanged. Machining accuracy and inspection requirements are still followed as usual. Motors are tested before shipment, and no steps are skipped.
The factory's main products are orbital hydraulic motors and gerotor sets. Since core parts are produced internally, production progress and quality can be controlled directly, which helps keep delivery schedules stable during busy periods like this.
