HEQI Hydraulic Strengthens Quality Management System, Adds ISO 45001 And ISO 14001 Certifications

Shandong Heqiyeya Hydraulic Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (HEQI Hydraulic) has completed an update to its ISO 9001 quality management system and obtained two new certifications, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety and ISO 14001 for environmental management. All certificates have now been issued and are in effect.

For more than 26 years, HEQI Hydraulic has focused on orbital hydraulic motors and gerotor/geroler sets, supplying global distributors and heavy-equipment OEMs across mining, construction, and agricultural machinery. The company has held ISO 9001 certification for several years, supporting a production process built around precision stator-rotor manufacturing and full-chain quality control, from incoming materials through 100% testing of finished motors before shipment.

The latest update to the ISO 9001 system reflects continued refinement of these internal procedures as the company's order volume and customer base have grown. Alongside it, the addition of ISO 45001 formalizes the workplace safety management practices already in place across the company's manufacturing facility, while ISO 14001 brings the same level of structure to environmental management, covering areas such as resource use, waste handling, and emissions control during production.

HEQI Hydraulic manufactures orbital hydraulic motors interchangeable with major international brands including Danfoss, Eaton, and Parker, as well as gerotor/geroler sets and precision-machined hydraulic components. The company's facility includes a dedicated metrology room equipped with a ZEISS coordinate measuring machine and a motor testing center where every unit is tested before leaving the factory.
