Heqi Hydraulic held a meeting for all staff on safety and quality management.
In order to continuously enhance employees' awareness of safety production, continuously improve product quality management standards, and ensure the company's safe and stable development, Shandong Heqiyeya Hydraulic Machinery and Equipment Co., Ltd. held an all-staff safety production education and quality management improvement meeting in the company's conference room on July 9, 2025. According to the production schedule, all day-shift employees participated in this meeting together.
The main focus of this meeting centered around two aspects: safety production and product quality control. Through the systematic reading of relevant policies and management systems, the meeting enabled all employees to gain a deeper understanding of national and company policies regarding safety production, as well as the company's related management systems and requirements for quality control.
At the meeting, Mr. Zhang, the head of safety, first read out the company's safety management requirements to all employees. Taking into account the industry characteristics and the actual production environment of the company, he provided a detailed explanation of various safety production regulations, emphasizing the importance of safety in key areas such as the finishing workshop and the rough processing workshop. At the same time, he stressed that all employees must follow operating procedures, correctly use protective equipment, identify and prevent safety risks in their positions, and always pay attention to safety production. He emphasized implementing the "safety first" principle through concrete actions to jointly create a safe and reliable production environment.
Subsequently, the quality supervisor, Mr. Hou, gave a comprehensive explanation to all employees regarding the company's product quality standards and requirements. Mr. Hou elaborated on the company's quality standards and specific control measures for the products and read out the latest quality management system. The new system further refines management norms throughout the entire process, from the entry of raw materials, through production in each workshop, to final product inspection. It requires all employees to strictly follow the quality standards during production, and all quality inspectors to strictly control the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products in accordance with these standards. It also requires the measurement room to fully cooperate in implementing quality management throughout the process. Mr. Hou stated that quality is the most important aspect for the development of the factory. Only when customers recognize our quality can we maintain a long-term and strong cooperative relationship, enabling the factory to develop healthily and steadily.
At the meeting, all employees expressed strong approval of the explanations given by Mr. Zhang and Mr. Hou regarding safety production and quality management. They also stated that they would strictly follow the regulations and procedures for safety production and quality control in the future. Under the leadership of the company's management, the cohesion of all employees is now more evident. We believe that in future work, everyone will strictly adhere to the company's management system to ensure safety production and guarantee the quality of every product produced by the company.
