The National Day Coincides With The Mid-Autumn Festival

Sep 30, 2025|

With the National Day and Mid-Autumn holidays right around the corner, you could feel the excitement buzzing through every part of Heqi Hydraulic on the afternoon of September 30, 2025. Everyone stuck to the plan to wrap up their work for the break - and they didn't rush through it, either. The folks on the production line, especially those handling our main products - the orbital hydraulic motors and geroler sets - were extra careful. They went over the precision parts of the motors one more time, wiped down the production machines until they shone, and lined up their toolkits and spare parts neatly on the workbenches - no mess left behind.

Even the office team was on it: they sorted through all the project documents for motor research and sales, making sure nothing was out of place before signing off for the holidays. By the end, the whole factory looked tidy and ready for the break.

And then came the fun part - our company leaders had put together really nice festival gifts for every single person at Heqi. Those gifts weren't just something to take home; they felt like a way of saying "thanks" for all the hard work - whether it was building top-notch hydraulic motors on the line or keeping the office running smoothly these past months. You should've seen everyone's faces when they picked up their gifts: big grins all around, and the factory was full of chatter and laughs.

Once everyone had their gifts, we all headed out early, excited to get home and start the holidays - most of us were already thinking about sitting down with family and enjoying some quality time together.

For anyone who might not know, National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival are two of China's biggest holidays. National Day is on October 1st every year - it marks the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949. People show their love for the country in all sorts of ways: watching flag-raising ceremonies, going to parades, or just enjoying the fireworks that light up the sky everywhere.

Mid-Autumn Festival is different - it's an old harvest festival, usually on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. It's all about family getting together: you eat mooncakes (those round pastries that stand for unity) and look up at the full moon, which people say represents being together and having everything you need.

This year, the two holidays overlap, so it's extra special - we at Heqi get to feel proud of our country's birthday and enjoy that warm, cozy family time all in one break.
