Year in Review – R&D, Equipment Upgrade & Manufacturing Capability

Looking back at the past year, our team has put in a lot of effort across different departments, especially in R&D, technology, and equipment upgrades.

Our R&D department has been very busy. On one hand, they focused on improving the quality and performance of our existing products. On the other hand, they also worked on developing new products to meet changing market demands. Over the year, we successfully developed around 5–6 new models that are suitable for new markets and new applications. This has helped us better serve both existing customers and new clients.

At the same time, our technical and equipment teams made many improvements in processing methods and production efficiency. By optimizing different processes and machining flows, we achieved efficiency improvements ranging from about 10% to 50%, depending on the specific operation. These changes may seem small one by one, but together they made a big difference in our overall production capacity.

We also invested in a lot of new equipment throughout the year, including machining centers, grinding machines, and intelligent tool management systems. All these upgrades have further strengthened our machining capability and production stability.

Overall, it's been a year of steady progress. None of this would be possible without the trust and support of our customers. We truly appreciate it, and we'll keep working on improving our technology, products, and capacity to provide more stable and reliable supply in the future.
