High Quality Hydraulic Motor
Hydraulic motor is a mechanical device that uses hydraulic energy to rotate. It is usually provided by a hydraulic pump hydraulic energy, through the control valve door hydraulic energy transfer to the hydraulic motor, so as to achieve the rotation of the device.
- Product Introduction
High quality hydraulic motor
First, the working principle of hydraulic motor
A hydraulic motor converts pressurized fluid from a pump into rotational motion. Oil flows through a control valve into the motor, where it pushes against pistons or gears to drive the output shaft.
Motors and pumps share similar designs and operating principles, but energy losses from internal friction and fluid resistance mean actual output speed always falls short of theoretical values.
Performance depends on motor size, pump displacement, and overall system efficiency. An undersized motor limits speed and torque, while restrictive lines or valves cause pressure drops that reduce output.
Choosing the right pump-motor combination requires matching capacities and accounting for real-world losses, which is why system design involves careful calculation and testing.
Two, how to rotate the hydraulic motor
Hydraulic motors operate on a pretty straightforward principle: pressurized fluid does the heavy lifting. Inside the motor, you've got two distinct zones-a high-pressure side and a low-pressure side. When oil from the pump rushes into the high-pressure chamber, it pushes against the gears or pistons, forcing them toward the low-pressure area. That movement is what spins the shaft. It's essentially a closed-loop system where the pump generates flow, and the motor turns that flow into rotational force, thanks to the mechanical action of its internal components and the inherent resistance of the fluid itself.
What's often overlooked is how easily you can tweak the motor's behavior. By adjusting the flow rate or reversing the oil's direction-usually through a control valve-you can change both the output speed and the rotation direction. This gives operators a great deal of flexibility without needing to swap out hardware. Whether you need a slow, steady turn for precise positioning or a fast spin for rapid cycling, it's all managed through the hydraulic circuit.
We also back our products with a global support team that knows these motors inside out. From installation guidance to on-site commissioning and troubleshooting, our engineers are available to help customers no matter where they're located. We've found that having this kind of hands-on support makes a real difference, especially when projects are time-sensitive or when local expertise is hard to come by.
That commitment to service isn't just a promise on paper. We've structured our support to be practical and responsive, so customers aren't left figuring things out alone. Whether it's a quick phone call or a site visit, we aim to resolve issues efficiently and keep operations running smoothly.
For buyers, this translates into peace of mind. Knowing that expert help is just a call away takes a lot of the risk out of investing in hydraulic equipment. It's one less thing to worry about when you're managing a complex system or a tight deadline.

Max. allowable back pressure |
10MPa |
||||||||||
Allowable Lateral Load (At Rated Speed)
◎ The intermittent operating pressure refers to the Max. allowable operating pressure at the motor inlet port, and the continuous operating pressure refers to the pressure difference between the inlet port and the return port.
◎ Do not operate the motor at the Max. speed and the Max. pressure at the same time.
◎ The motor operating time per minute must not exceed 10% under intermittent operating conditions.
◎ Recommended oil: anti-wear hydraulic oil; Viscosity: 37-73cst; Oil cleanliness: IS018/13.
◎ The Max. oil temperature should be 80℃.
◎ With special dynamic seal design, the Max. allowable back pressure of the motor can be up to 10MPa; however, in order to obtain the good service life and comprehensive mechanical performances, the back pressure should not exceed 5MPa. If it is exceeded, it is recommended to connect the external drain pipe; when connecting the external drain pipe, ensure that the motor is always filled with oil. The external drain pipe should be throttled at a certain degree, to maintain a back pressure of more than 3.5 Bar. When connecting the external drain pipe, in addition to maintaining a low back pressure, the wear contaminants generated inside the motor can be removed and a certain cooling effect can be achieved.
◎ There should be a running-in period before the motor is operated at full load. It is recommended to run for 1h at 30% of the Max. operating pressure.

ZMS Series
Structure Features
◎ Advanced stator and rotor parameters design, with low starting pressure, high efficiency and stable low speed operation;
◎ High operating pressure and high output torque;
◎ Advanced shaft seal design, with high back pressure bearing capacity;
◎ Advanced and reliable linkage shaft design, with a long motor service life;
◎ Advanced oil distribution mechanism design, with high oil distribution accuracy and automatic wear compensation;
◎ The motors can be used in series and parallel; when they are connected in series, they should be connected to the external drain pipe;
◎ Tapered roller bearing support design, with a large radial load carrying capacity, so that the motor can be used directly drive the operating mechanism.

Max. allowable back pressure |
14MPa |
|||||||||
◎ Recommended oil: anti-wear hydraulic oil; Viscosity: 37-73cst; Oil cleanliness: IS018/13; Max. operating oil temperature: 80 ℃.
