OMP series motor is an orbital hydraulic motor for low-speed rotation. It can replace Danfoss H / S series, M+S MSHP / MSHR and MP / MR series, Zihyd BMP / BMPH and BMR series, BMP / BMR, VDH/VOMR/H-OMP/H-OMR series. Two internal structures are available: Gerotor set and Geroler set, selected according to working conditions and load. The motor is widely used on slewing bearings, where smooth rotation and stable torque are required. Different output shafts and flange types are available. Case drain port is included.

MP series motor is an orbital hydraulic motor. Our series of motors can replace Danfoss's H series and S series, M+S's MSHP/MSHR series and MP/MR series, Zihyd's BMP/BMPH series and BMR series, and Dali's BMP and BMR, VDH/VOMR/H-OMP/H-OMR series. It is mainly used for low speed rotation. This type of motor has been used for many years in different machines.
For OMP series, two internal structures are used. One is Gerotor set, the other is Geroler set. This is not for design difference only, but for real working condition. Different machines need different structure.
Gerotor set structure is more simple. Size is compact. Processing method is mature. This structure is often used when working condition is stable and load is not very heavy. Cost is also more acceptable for many customers.
Geroler set structure is different. Rollers are used between rotor and stator. Because of this, load capacity is higher. In real use, this structure runs more smoothly, especially when machine works long time or load changes. Usually this structure is selected for heavier duty.
OMP series motor is used in many mechanical systems. One very common application is on slewing bearing. In this position, motor speed is low. What is more important is smooth running, not speed. Torque output needs to be stable, otherwise slewing movement will not be smooth.
When OMP motor is used on slewing bearing, it often works continuously at low speed. The structure is simple, so maintenance is not difficult. This is one reason why this motor is used a lot for this application.
OMP series motor can be supplied with different output shafts and flange types. This makes installation easier for different machines. Oil ports are also designed in different sizes. Case drain port is included in the motor design.
In actual slewing bearing use, working speed is low. Leakage is not much. Because of this, in many machines the case drain port is not connected. This is common in real applications and normally no problem.
From practical point of view, OMP series motor is chosen mainly because it works steadily and is easy to use. By choosing Gerotor or Geroler structure, the motor can meet different working conditions.
