OMP 125, OMH 125 , BMH 125, OMP 50, OMP 63, OMP 80, OMP 100,OMP 160, OMP 200, OMP 250, OMP 305, OMP 400 are orbital hydraulic motors in the middle size range. This size is used a lot in real machines, not because it is special, but because it works in many situations. The structure is simple and people who use hydraulic motors are familiar with it.
These motors work with a gerotor set. The rotor and stator do most of the work inside the motor. If these two parts are not made well, the motor will not run smoothly after some time. Because of this, we pay more attention to machining than to appearance. The clearance between parts is controlled during production, and this affects how the motor feels when it is running.
This motor is often used on sweeping machines and road cleaners. In this kind of equipment, the motor may drive wheels or brushes and it usually runs for long hours every day. Dust, vibration and frequent start-stop are common. The same motor size is also used on floor scrubbers, agricultural machines and some small construction equipment. In these cases, stable movement is more important than speed.
All main parts are produced in our own factory. The gerotor set, shaft and housing are machined internally. We check key dimensions during production and again in the measuring room. This is how we try to keep the quality stable from batch to batch. We have been doing this work for many years, and most improvements come from production experience, not from theory.
