Disassembly And Assembly Of Cycloidal Hydraulic Motor

When the hydraulic motor fails and needs to be disassembled and assembled, please pay attention to the following matters:
(1) Do not damage the joint surfaces during disassembly and assembly. If there are any damages, they need to be repaired before assembly.
(2) Clean all parts with gasoline or kerosene before assembly. Do not use cotton yarn or rags to scrub parts. Use a brush or silk cloth. Do not immerse the rubber ring in gasoline. After the motor is installed, add 50~100 ml of hydraulic oil to the two oil ports before installation. Turn the output oil. If there is no abnormality, install the machine.
(3) To ensure the correct rotation direction of the motor, pay attention to the position relationship between the rotor and the output shaft.
(4) The rear cover bolts must be tightened diagonally and gradually, and the tightening torque is 4~5 kgf·m.
