Max. allowable back pressure |
10MPa |
||||||||
◎ Intermittent operating pressure indicates the maximum allowable pressure at the inlet, while continuous operating pressure refers to the differential between inlet and return ports.
◎ Avoid simultaneous operation at maximum speed and maximum pressure.
◎ Under intermittent conditions, the motor should not run for more than 10% of each minute.
◎ Recommended fluid: anti-wear hydraulic oil with viscosity between 37–73 cSt and cleanliness level of ISO 18/13.
◎ Maximum allowable oil temperature: 80°C.
◎ Motors in this series employ specially designed imported shaft seals. The maximum tolerable back pressure is 10 MPa, but for optimal service life and mechanical performance, it should not exceed 5 MPa. If higher back pressure is anticipated, use an external drain connection. When using external drainage, ensure the motor remains filled with oil. This setup also helps remove internal contaminants and provides a cooling effect.
◎ A run-in period is required before full-load operation. It is recommended to operate the motor for 1 hour at 30% of the maximum pressure before applying full load.
