◎ The intermittent operating pressure refers to the Max. allowable operating pressure at the motor inlet port, and the continuous operating pressure refers to the pressure difference between the inlet port and the return port.
◎ Do not operate the motor at the Max. speed and the Max. pressure at the same time.
◎ The motor operating time per minute must not exceed 10% under intermittent operating conditions.
◎ Recommended oil: anti-wear hydraulic oil; Viscosity: 37-73cst; Oil cleanliness: IS018/13.
◎ The Max. oil temperature should be 80℃.
◎ The series motor adopt special imported shaft seal assembly. The Max. allowable back pressure of the motor can be up to 10MPa; however, in order to obtain the good service life and comprehensive mechanical performances, the back pressure should not exceed 5MPa. If it is exceeded, it is recommended to connect the external drain pipe; when connecting the external drain pipe, ensure that the motor is always filled with oil. When connecting the external drain pipe, in addition to maintaining a low back pressure, the wear contaminants generated inside the motor can be removed and a certain cooling effect can be achieved.
◎ There should be a running-in period before the motor is operated at full load. It is recommended to run for 1h at 30% of the Max. operating pressure.
